TRAIN-EV members at the 5th European Congress of Immunology (ECI), Amsterdam, Netherlands

Dr Clotilde Théry (IC) will give a talk on “Common and distinct functions of exosomes and other extracellular vesicles”, and Prof Edit Buzás (SE) and Prof Marca Wauben (UU) will be organising an educational session on “Immunology of extracellular vesicles”. TRAIN-EV members at ISEV2018 in Barcelona, Spain

PI Prof Lorraine O’Discoll (TCD) and Core-members Prof Edit Buzás (SE), Dr Clotilde Théry (IC), Prof Marca Wauben (UU), Dr Irina Nazarenko (UKF), Prof Carla Oliveira (B2B) and Prof An Hendrix (GU) chaired a number of sessions and gave talks on several subjects about extracellular vesicles (EVs).

TRAIN-EV’s Early Stage Researchers Estefanía Lozano (UU) and Elena Grueso (UKF) also presented their work at ISEV2018.

TRAIN-EV Kick-Off meeting, at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland
A successful kick-off meeting for TRAIN-EV was held on 4th April 2018 at Trinity College Dublin. All beneficiary organisations and ESRs were represented. Programme management, ESR training, network-wide training were discussed as well as scientific details underpinning individual research projects. Read more
